Job Description
Will be part of the End-User Service team, supporting and maintaining the workplace environment, including device management, application deployment, updates, and endpoint security within Getinge.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Microsoft Intune environment (devices, policies, applications)
- Deploy and manage applications via Intune (Win32, Store apps)
- Assist in managing device enrollment and provisioning
- Apply and maintain configuration profiles and compliance policies
- Manage Windows Update for Business (WUfB) via Intune:
- Configure update rings and feature update policies
- Monitor update compliance and deployment status
- Support troubleshooting of update issues on endpoints
- Support endpoint security configurations, including:
- Antivirus and firewall settings
- BitLocker encryption
- Basic security baselines and policies
- Monitor device compliance and help resolve non-compliant devices
- Provide 2nd / 3rd level support for endpoint-related issues
- Assist with troubleshooting Intune policies, deployments, and device issues
- Work with other teams (AD, security, support desk) to resolve incidents
- Maintain documentation and follow internal IT processes
Qualifications
Knowledge / Skills / Experience
- Experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM) or similar endpoint management tool
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration
- Understanding of Windows Update management (WUfB or similar)
- Understanding of device management concepts (enrollment, policies, compliance)
- Basic understanding of endpoint security (antivirus, encryption, updates)
- Familiarity with Entra ID and Microsoft 365
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell is a plus)
- Knowledge of application deployment concepts
- Experience with IT support or endpoint services
- Good level of English (spoken & written)
