Job Description

  • Administration of the Salesforce platform: user management (creation, modification, deactivation), roles, profiles, permissions, and access control
  • Configuration and maintenance of Salesforce components: objects, fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards, Flows / automations, validation rules
  • Handling Salesforce-related incidents and requests
  • Collaboration with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
  • Monitoring and optimizing platform performance
  • Support for release and deployment processes, in collaboration with technical teams
  • Providing user support and guidance/training sessions
  • Documentation of configurations and implemented processes
  • Contribution to process improvement and automation initiatives

Qualifications

  • Experience in a Salesforce Administrator role or similar
  • Solid knowledge of the Salesforce platform
  • Hands-on experience with user management and security model, reports and dashboards, nice to have automations (Flows / Workflows)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice to have/Open to Learn:

  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Experience with: DevOps tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Git), integrations (APIs/system integrations)
  • Financial Services Cloud or similar solutions
  • Experience in the financial/insurance domain
