Job Description

We’re looking for a highly driven Demand & Portfolio Manager to take ownership of non-standard IT work requests within the Workplace Products portfolio. This is a pivotal role where you will act as the bridge between business needs and technology delivery, ensuring the right solutions are scoped, prioritized, and delivered effectively.

Responsibilities:

Demand Intake & Scoping

  • Assess and route incoming requests to the right teams
  • Understand business needs and define the right solution (existing vs new)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper scoping and alignment
  • Coordinate complex, cross-functional demands

Demand Planning & Portfolio Management

  • Manage and prioritize the demand portfolio
  • Secure resources and resolve competing priorities
  • Transition major initiatives into formal projects

Delivery Oversight & Reporting

  • Own the end-to-end Demand Management process
  • Track progress, report on outcomes, and ensure timely delivery
  • Keep stakeholders informed on status and roadmap decisions

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • Proven expertise in Demand Management and related processes
  • Strong understanding of product organizations, roadmaps, and governance structures
  • Familiarity with IT service management (ITIL) and product catalogues
  • Solid knowledge of insurance business environments and IT ecosystems
  • Experience in portfolio managementproject delivery, and cross-program dependencies
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-first mindset
  • Ability to operate in a global, multicultural environment
  • Skilled in process design, cost modeling, and prioritization frameworks
  • Fluency in English is mandatory

(Hybrid work, with 2 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
