Job Description
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst – Process Unity Support to join the Process Unity Center of Excellence (CoE) based in Lisbon. This role plays a key part in supporting Business As Usual (BAU) activities, ensuring the stability, maintenance, and efficiency of the Process Unity solution across 8 entities.
The selected professional will collaborate with multiple stakeholders and actively contribute to process continuity and IT incident resolution in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for BAU activities related to the Process Unity platform
- Perform functional administration of Process Unity tools and systems
- Manage, track, and resolve IT incidents in coordination with stakeholders and technical teams
- Monitor and handle tickets using tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow
- Prepare operational reports and track performance indicators
- Ensure the proper functioning and continuity of supported processes
- Use standard tools for request management, incident handling, and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in IT support, preferably in financial or risk-related environments
- Experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within BAU contexts
- Familiarity with LOA (Library of Agreements) activities
- Operational knowledge of the Process Unity platform
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and ServiceNow for ticket and incident management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Knowledge of French (strongly valued)
