Job Description

The Test Centre (TCE) delivers testing services to the company in Nanterre, based on a well‑defined, mature, and proven testing strategy and methodology.
Its core activities include test design and test execution.

The TCE supports major business domains such as Savings and Protection, contributing to testing initiatives across key applications including ORION, HERA, Wynsure, and GLIS.

Main Responsibilities:

Test Design & Preparation

  • Contribute to the design of Business Analyst test cases within project activities.
  • Ensure alignment with project design, scope, and defined deliverables.
  • Register test cases in the designated test management tool according to established standards.
  • Ensure the preparation, validation, and communication of all test deliverables within own scope.
  • Guarantee correct prioritization of test cases.
  • Contribute to the organization and maintenance of Business Analyst knowledge and testing intelligence.

Test Execution

  • Execute test cases within assigned scope and area of expertise.
  • Provide key information and inputs to support Go / No-Go decisions.
  • Record test results in the relevant test management tool.
  • Report risks related to delivery timelines or quality constraints.
  • Provide regular progress updates and feedback to the Test Lead and line management.

Defect Management & Quality Assurance

  • Identify and document anomalies within assigned scope.
  • Register defects in the appropriate defect management tool.
  • Contribute to defect prioritization in collaboration with project stakeholders.
  • Participate in defect resolution and post-fix validation.
  • Provide inputs for final test reports and related documentation.

Standards & Governance

  • Adopt and promote Service Culture values.
  • Apply departmental test processes and procedures consistently.
  • Participate in workshops and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Organize and manage own workload autonomously, setting priorities and flagging process or procedural issues when identified.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in testing activities (5 years preferred).
  • Solid understanding of project methodologies and testing lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of testing principles and terminology (ISTQB).
  • Experience in testing life insurance or banking applications is a strong plus.
  • Ability to build and manage test schedules.
  • Experience in risk identification, monitoring, and follow-up.

Technical Knowledge

  • Test management tools (e.g., Octane).
  • SQL.
  • API testing.
  • SAS.
  • Control‑M or other job schedulers.
  • Strong focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
  • Strict adherence to procedures, methodologies, and internal directives.

Language Requirements

  • French – mandatory
