• Identify business problems and propose data-driven solutions to support decision-making and growth
• Retrieve, clean, prepare, and analyze complex datasets from multiple sources
• Design and implement analyses using statistical methods and data models
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations following best practices (Tableau, Power BI)
• Build automated tools and solutions to deliver recurring insights efficiently
• Contribute to data feed industrialization, ETL pipelines, and data warehousing processes
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team
• Communicate complex analytical results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with traders, sales teams, business sponsors, and technical teams

• Academic background in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Professional experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI
• Professional experience in data analysis using programming languages, preferably Python (Pandas)
• Strong ability to analyze, synthesize, and simplify complex information
• Knowledge of descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing is a plus
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies such as PySpark, Presto, and Airflow is a plus
• Knowledge of Power Query and DAX is a plus
• Fluent in English
