BPMN Consultant

We are looking for a BPMN Consultant with strong analytical skills and critical thinking to support the design and continuous improvement of business processes. The role involves analyzing existing projects and workflows, identifying optimization opportunities, and working closely with operational teams to design efficient processes aligned with business needs.

From a technical perspective, the role requires solid experience in business process modeling using BPMN notation and hands‑on knowledge of workflow design and documentation tools. The BPMN Consultant will be responsible for designing end‑to‑end processes, ensuring consistency across process flows, and producing clear, structured documentation of rules, procedures, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes and projects to identify improvement opportunities
• Design and model end‑to‑end business processes using BPMN
• Collaborate with operational and business teams to ensure realistic and efficient process design
• Document workflows, rules, and procedures in a clear and structured manner
• Ensure consistency and quality across process models and documentation

• Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking capabilities
• Proven experience in business process modeling using BPMN
• Experience with process design and documentation tools (e.g. Visio, Bizagi, or similar)
• Experience designing and documenting end‑to‑end business processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
