We are looking for a Billing & Finance Specialist to join our Finance team in Lisbon. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy, control, and efficiency of billing processes, while working closely with internal teams and supporting treasury activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate, control, and monitor the issuance and delivery of invoices, credit notes, and related documentation
• Manage customer accounts and outstanding balances
• Prepare billing reports and performance indicators
• Coordinate closely with internal teams, particularly Operations
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
• Provide support to the Treasury team when required

• Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in billing, finance, or similar roles
• Solid knowledge of Office 365 tools
• Good understanding of accounting principles and Portuguese tax legislation
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines and communicate effectively
• Fluent English, both written and spoken

• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with SAP
• Background in companies with high-volume billing environments
• Familiarity with audit processes
• Proven ability to optimize processes and implement improvements
• Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented mindset
