Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR and Payroll Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to employees and actively participating in the development of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently preparing documents related to the full employee lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding),
  • Maintaining and updating employee documentation in accordance with labor law regulations and internal company policies,
  • Administering and performing advanced work in the SAP SuccessFactors system, particularly in the areas of employee data, changes, reporting, and HR processes,
  • Determining and settling employee entitlements, including leave, equivalents, and employee benefits,
  • Preparing and verifying payroll data in collaboration with an external company,
  • Issuing referrals for initial, periodic, and control medical examinations and monitoring their completion,
  • Timely preparation and submission of required data to external institutions (e.g., ZUS, GUS, PPK),
  • Reporting HR data for internal company needs and for the Inetum Group,
  • Initiating and implementing improvements in documentation, HR processes, and payroll systems, including independently leading projects in this area.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in personnel administration or HR and payroll,
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and payroll calculation,
  • Excellent practical knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors system – mandatory,
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint,
  • English language proficiency at least at B2 level,
  • Good organization skills, independence, responsibility, and decision-making ability,

Additional Information

Work is conducted in a hybrid system: 2 days a week from office in Warsaw.
