Job Description

Scope

As part of the development of its team, the Head of the Corporate IT Asset Management team based in Nanterre (France) is looking for a ServiceNow developer based in Lisbon This professional will be part of a Servicenow Shared Service Center team ensuring development activities for the 35+ company's entities worldwide.

                                                                                                                                             

Main Functions

The company's Group deployed an IT Service Management platform based on ServiceNow, used worldwide by all Group entities, including the 35 countries (+2400 "fulfillers") to implement their IT production management process (Incidents, Changes, Problems, Requests). We also has a dedicated Servicenow platform, automating the provisioning of all IT resources during the employee onboarding at the headquarters in Nanterre.

We are looking for a senior Service-NOW developer and integrator, with proven experiences of advanced implementations on the ServiceNow platform.

The candidate activities include:

  • Contribution to the collation and the definition of functional requirements (workshops with end users, specifications documents)
  • Advanced integration & developments (enhancements, bug fixes, etc) 
  • Platform administration and support (maintenance, upgrades ; incident management with Service-Now & other internal teams)
  • Documentation writing (dev procedures, user guides ; admin guide , etc)
  • Support to the Platform advanced Country touchpoints
  • Organisation of training sessions

Qualifications

Skills & Basic Features

Essential

  • Technical and functional expertise on ServiceNow (mandatory). Including : Javascript, REST/SOAP,  Jelly, Mastering of Servicenow Flow Designer , CMDB/CSDM and IRE mechanism
  • Academic degree in IT or at least 5 years of expertise on IT field
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
  • Fluent in French and/or Spanish (highly valuable)
  • Very good Expertise in MS Office tools especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills (both written and spoken) in a multi-cultural environment
  • Good level of awareness for details
  • Ability to be autonomous
  • Commitment to the job and the team objectives

  • Aim to deliver very high quality results, respecting the deadlines
