Job Description

Role overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who combines a business perspective with a thorough understanding of HR and payroll processes. The candidate should be able to professionally conduct demanding conversations with employees and managers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with managers in the areas of employee management, team efficiency, and development.
  • Provide advice on labor law, HR practices, and policies and standards at Inetum.
  • Conduct difficult and sensitive conversations with employees and management (feedback, performance issues, conflicts, personnel decisions).
  • Participate in HR projects at both local and group levels (reorganizations, process optimization, organizational changes).
  • Support HR and payroll processes (in collaboration with the HR team and external company).
  • Utilize SAP SuccessFactors for data analysis, report preparation, HR process support, and change administration.
  • Ensure HR actions align with Inetum's values and promote a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
  • Practical experience in HR and payroll administration with a strong knowledge of labor law.
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and comfortable working with HR data.
  • Ability to combine empathy with assertiveness and make difficult decisions.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and result-oriented.
  • Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level and comfortable in an international environment.

Additional Information

Work is conducted in a hybrid system: 2 days a week from office in Warsaw.
