• Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s network infrastructure within the defined technical scope
• Coordinate with relevant technical stakeholders to ensure continuity and efficiency of network operations
• Provide technical support and expertise to internal users through service requests and predefined intervention processes
• Analyze network performance and identify opportunities for optimization in line with agreed service levels
• Implement and configure network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls, according to technical specifications
• Investigate and resolve network-related incidents within agreed response times
• Maintain technical knowledge of network technologies and applicable best practices to support service quality
• Ensure reliability, availability, and security of the network infrastructure as defined in the service objectives
• Produce and maintain network documentation, including architecture diagrams and configuration records
• Contribute to the execution of network-related projects and technical initiatives

• Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable technical field
• Proven expertise in network engineering, with a solid understanding of network protocols, topologies, and technologies
• Demonstrated capability in configuring and operating network devices from multiple vendors
• Analytical capability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues
• Network engineering certification or equivalent professional accreditation
• Capacity to interact with multiple technical stakeholders through structured and documented exchanges
• Ability to deliver services autonomously within the agreed scope while coordinating as required with involved parties
