Join a dynamic operations team at the heart of the trading lifecycle.
We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented professional to support trade allocation, clearing, and post‑trade processes while acting as a key link between clients, brokers, exchanges, and internal teams.

What you’ll do:

• Act as the primary contact for counterparties (clients, brokers, CCPs) on trade allocation and clearing matters
• Monitor daily trading activity and ensure straight‑through processing (STP) across relevant exchanges
• Track and resolve unmatched or pending trades, ensuring same‑day (T‑day) booking
• Perform reconciliations between internal systems, exchanges, and back‑office tools
• Manage close‑outs and client exercises as required
• Identify and monitor operational risks, escalating issues when needed
• Collaborate on projects and system enhancements, including market and internal tool releases
• Maintain clear and professional communication via email and phone

What you Bring:

• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in a relevant field
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Exposure to data tools (Power Query, VBA, Python) is a plus, not a requirement
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
