Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a strong infrastructure background and the ability to drive complex initiatives end‑to‑end? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where structure, clarity, and leadership make all the difference? If yes, we want to meet you.

This is a hands‑on, highly cross‑functional role where your ability to communicate clearly in French and manage multiple moving parts will be essential.

Main Responsibilities: 

• Lead infrastructure-focused projects (network upgrades, migrations, cloud transformation, hardware refreshes, system integrations, etc.).
• Define project scope, timelines, risks, and resources, ensuring alignment with technical and business needs.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors, ensuring seamless execution.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including roadmaps, RAID logs, progress reporting, and governance materials.
• Drive stakeholder communication (in French and English), ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely decision‑making.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasting and reporting deviations when needed.
• Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and infrastructure governance standards.
• Identify risks early, propose mitigation plans, and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.

Profile:

• 3 - 7 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally within IT infrastructure environments.
• Solid understanding of networking, servers, storage, cloud (Azure/AWS), workplace services, and infrastructure security principles.
• Strong experience managing multi-stakeholder, multi‑vendor projects.
• Ability to challenge technical inputs, translate complexity into clarity, and drive decisions.
• Fluency in French (mandatory) and strong professional English.
• Experience with project management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
• Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, ITIL, or Scrum Master are a plus.

(Hybrid work, with 2 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
