Responsible for developing, administering, and scaling conversational AI use cases within the CAP platform, ensuring technical integration, automation, security, performance, and support for global users.

🧩 Main Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and enhance the Conversational AI Platform (CAP).
• Collaborate with Tech Leads, Product Owner, Business Analysts, and the wider squad in an agile environment.
• Develop data pipelines (Airflow), prepare and index data (Elasticsearch), and integrate APIs.
• Support the onboarding of new use cases and countries (technical setup, follow-up, environment creation).
• Create playbooks and best practices to streamline onboarding and deployments.
• Monitor existing bots and handle incident resolution.
• Integrate new AI tools and technologies into the platform.
• Work with DevOps, MLOps, AIOps, QA, Security, and Data teams for seamless delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and contribute to addressing technical debt.
• Ensure security, performance, and compliance across the platform.

• Strong proficiency in Python; good knowledge of JavaScript.
• Experience with Airflow, API Management (e.g., Apigee), and Elasticsearch.
• Knowledge of RAG workflows, document ingestion, and AI model orchestration.
• Cloud, containers, and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.
• CI/CD experience: GitLab, Jenkins, Argo CD.
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps principles and security best practices.
• Good level of English B2+
