The role provides IT Production Support within a global environment, covering infrastructure components (servers, storage, network, middleware) and application deployment in production. The position reinforces Production capabilities with strong technical skills and FinOps expertise.

Main Tasks 

• Cost Optimization & FinOps Governance (Mastery)

Monitor cloud and infrastructure spend, identify waste, apply right‑sizing and commitment strategies, and enforce tagging/governance policies to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining performance and security.

• Stakeholder Coordination & Knowledge Transfer (Expert)

Act as liaison between engineering, finance, and business teams; deliver post‑mortem reports, manage on‑call handovers, and mentor junior staff on Production Support and FinOps best practices.

• Automation & DevOps Tooling (Mastery)

Develop and maintain automated monitoring, alerting, and remediation scripts using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines to increase reliability and reduce manual work.

• Monitoring & Observability (Dynatrace or similar)
• WebSphere, Autosys, CFT (basics)
• DevOps & CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines
• Containers: Docker / Kubernetes
• Cloud fundamentals (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Good level of English B2+
