Maintain, develop, and optimize the firm’s KDB+/q data platform that processes real-time and historical electronic equities market data.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with traders, quants, analysts, and engineering/IT teams.
• Design and maintain high‑performance KDB+/q applications for data ingestion, transformation, storage, and distribution.
• Build dashboards using Tableau or Python (Plotly/Streamlit).
• Optimize KDB queries and pipelines to improve performance.
• Join on‑call rotation, handle production incidents, and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Document processes, code, and systems.
• Contribute to automated testing and CI pipelines.
• Implement schema validation and outlier detection.

• KDB/q – (mandatory)
• Experience with electronic trading environments or other high‑load, low‑latency systems.
• +5 years of software development experience.
• Practical experience with Python, Java, and C/C++.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies.
