Job Description
This role sits within the DLP (Data Loss Prevention) team, part of the CDF division. The team prevents sensitive data leaks and operates from Lisbon and Paris. This position belongs to the Functional Administration side of the DLP platform, ensuring smooth daily operations while driving continuous improvements.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
1. Incident Management
- Analyze and handle potential data leakage incidents
- Provide second‑level support to users
- Coordinate with production teams to fix technical issues
2. Role & Access Management
- Manage user roles and permissions in the DLP console
- Perform annual access reviews
3. Change Management
- Oversee platform changes, from small updates to larger projects
- Manage the lifecycle of functional and operational improvements
4. DLP Policy Management
- Gather business requirements and translate them into DLP rules
- Create, test, validate, and adjust policies
- Conduct annual reviews of all DLP policies
5. Procedures & Compliance
- Update functional procedures annually
- Ensure practices follow internal standards and security requirements
6. Internal Client Relationship
- Maintain strong communication with business units, security teams, and management
- Capture user needs and adjust DLP services
- Act as the link between users and technical teams
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of information systems architecture (networks, servers, applications)
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes: incident, problem, and change management
- Solid understanding of security components (firewalls, proxies, servers, databases)
- Ability to assess the impact of incidents and platform changes
- Experience with security infrastructures focused on risk and compliance
- Strong analytical skills, rigor, and attention to detail
