• Work closely with business stakeholders to assess, refine, and validate their requirements.
• Convert business needs into well‑structured functional documentation.
• Provide functional guidance to developers and assist throughout testing cycles.
• Support the successful delivery of projects by monitoring progress and ensuring clear, consistent communication.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Management, Tax, or Law.
• At least 4 years of experience in the financial sector, ideally with exposure to tax-related activities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work collaboratively.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• PLUS: Knowledge of SQL, custody services, and IT systems.
