Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong experience in developing and implementing complex solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop customized and scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSM).
  • Implement and maintain Apex triggers, classes, batch jobs, and schedulers.
  • Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components for custom user interfaces.
  • Build and maintain robust integrations between Salesforce and external systems (SAP, ERP) using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Optimize Apex code and SOQL/SOSL queries for high performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Admins, Business Analysts, Project Managers) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
  • Manage deployment processes (Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, CI/CD tools).

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 3 years in senior roles.
  • Strong experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and the Aura Framework.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Advanced knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and at least one of the following: Experience Cloud, Field Service Management.
  • Experience with declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder) and understanding of the balance between code and configuration.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices: design patterns, governor limits, security model.
  • Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Certifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (mandatory).
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (strong advantage).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with SAP Field Service Management (FSM).
  • Knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
  • Experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) or CI/CD tools.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, Integration Architect).
