To support the growth of Inetum Consulting in Belgium, we are hiring a (Senior) Business Consultant to reinforce our teams delivering transformation projects in the following ecosystems: Energy & Utilities, Supply Chain & Manufacturing, Public, and Healthcare. You will contribute to both client missions and internal initiatives that accelerate the growth of our consulting unit and strengthen our sector offerings.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in delivering mid-to-large scale digital and transformation projects, who takes ownership, is eager to learn, and thrives in an environment that combines client impact with entrepreneurial team growth.

Your responsibilities

• You will lead and deliver consulting assignments, including:
  • Data analysis, benchmarks, stakeholder interviews, and insight synthesis
  • Workshop facilitation and workshop animation with client stakeholders
  • Process mapping, business analysis, and definition of implementation roadmaps
  • Supporting (or leading) project workstreams as part of major digital transformation programs
     
• You will contribute to a broad range of transformation topics, such as:
  • Projects to improve operational performance
  • Strategic framing and optimization of business processes
  • Master plan definition and implementation support
  • Support for implementing new solutions (ERP, CRM,…) and the associated business change

As your assignments evolve, you will gradually take on project lead roles and actively contribute to the growth of our consulting unit through knowledge sharing, offer development, and participation in conferences and publications.

• Master’s degree (engineering or business school)
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including previous experience in a consulting firm (strategy, transformation, operations excellence, or digital consulting)
• Demonstrated experience delivering cross-functional improvement or transformation projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to manage project teams and engage senior client stakeholders
• Interest in ERP tools, Industry 4.0 or other sector related technologies is considered a plus
• Fluent in English and fluent in either Dutch or French with professional working proficiency in the other language
• Entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to collaborate and grow within the Inetum Consulting business line
