We are looking for a Purchasing Business Analyst to join our Inetum Team and be a part of a work culture focused on innovation!

Location: Lisbon 

Main Responsibilities:                                     

• Conduct functional analysis and process design for invoice treatment across different processes, while monitoring inter-dependencies between application implementations and coordinating planning with IT teams
• Define test scenarios, execute tests, support with business users, and provide functional support, including documentation and end-user training

Profile:

• Academic background in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Information Systems or similar
• + 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Dematerialization and Electronic Invoicing Reform tools 
• Knowledge of Kofax Total Agility and Readsoft Process Director
• MS Office and SAP MM/SD/Authorizations                                    
• Excellent communication skills
• Driven to team work
• Fluency in English
• Hybrid work - office in Lisbon (1/2x per week)
