Job Description

As Product Operations Manager, you lead the movement of product from delivery to sales floor, ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time—profitably and beautifully. You oversee all door‑to‑floor, back‑of‑house, and visual execution, partnering closely with store leadership to respond to sales trends and customer demand. Just as important, you build teams and a store culture where people feel engaged, supported, and inspired to grow.

What You’ll Do

Operations & Execution

  • Lead day-to-day product flow and visual operations to drive sales, margin, and efficiency
  • Oversee all door‑to‑floor processes, back‑of‑house operations, markdowns, and promotional set‑ups
  • Analyze sales results and operational metrics; identify gaps and lead action plans
  • Partner with Store Leadership and Visual teams on changeovers, home‑office initiatives, and merchandising execution
  • Champion the customer in every decision, ensuring an easy, inspiring shopping experience
  • Embrace technology to deliver high‑touch and high‑tech solutions for customers
  • Open and close the store and support peak sales floor coverage
  • Lead the Joint Health & Safety Committee and ensure full compliance with provincial standards

  • Build, coach, and retain a high‑performing operations team
  • Provide clear expectations, regular feedback, and meaningful development opportunities

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE: 

  • College degree preferred or equivalent job experience 
  • 2-3 years of management experience in specialty retail and/or multi-unit retail business environment 
  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time 
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays 
  • Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques 
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Quebec
