Job Description
The Digital Analyst supports Digital teams with data and insights on customer behaviour across digital channels. This role delivers strategic omnichannel insights to drive better business decisions and uncover increased revenue and customer engagement opportunities.
KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS
- Use of data to identify insights and recommendations to drive decisions across Digital teams
- Timely and accurate delivery of reporting and insights on time, within scope, meeting stakeholder requirements
- Review of the current toolset and how the tools have been implemented to understand gaps or improvement potential
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Functional
- Drive successful completion of digital insight initiatives and work directly with stakeholders to support decision-making to achieve Digital objectives.
- Proactively identify optimization opportunities to improve Indigo’s customer experience across our digital channels.
- Create dashboard reports and present data and insights through regular and ad-hoc reporting to help teams understand and monitor the performance of their portfolio.
- Act as an advocate for the customer by placing them at the forefront of all decision-making and design processes.
- Proactively identify and anticipate customer expectations and needs
- Embrace and seek out technology that creates high-tech and high-touch solutions for Indigo’s customers
- Challenge the status quo by consistently identifying areas for improvement, diagnosing issues and working to resolve them

Qualifications
Work Experience / Education / Certifications
- 3-5 years of experience with data analytics across multiple digital platforms
- Proven ability and experience leading teams to analyze customer data for actionable business insight
- Develop and deliver reporting and insights on all aspects of digital performance
- Strong understanding of databases and data structures and ability to work with large and complex technical data sets
Competencies / Skills / Attributes
- Experience using web analytics tools to analyze user behavioural data – Adobe Analytics would be preferred
- Strong SQL skills for querying relational databases
- Experience creating dashboards in visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience developing and executing A/B experiments would be an asset
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate/negotiate with various stakeholders
- Outstanding verbal and written skills to be able to communicate effectively to both a technical and business audience at the senior leadership and the working level
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills and a demonstrated ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- A drive to understand the relationships between data and activities, draw conclusions and use critical thinking to validate/verify outputs
- Highly customer centric approach to all initiatives
