Job Description

Ready to build one of InPost's most ambitious AI products? Join the Von Halsky team - an initiative to create an intelligent shopping assistant embedded directly in the InPost app.

Von Halsky is more than a chatbot. It's an AI-powered shopping experience designed to accompany users at every stage of their journey: from product discovery and personalised recommendations, all the way through to checkout and Parcel Locker delivery.

Please note it's a hybrid role - 1 day per week from the office in Cracow or Warsaw

What you'll own

  • Product vision and roadmap for the assistant - grounded in user behaviour, business value, and what the models can actually do today.
  • Use case discovery and prioritisation: finding the best worth making, designing experiments to validate them.
  • Quality and performance of the product - which means owning the eval stack alongside engineering: what we measure, how we judge model output, and how we close the loop from user feedback to model improvement.
  • Go-to-market strategies for consumers.
  • Cross-functional delivery with engineers, other PMs, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years as a PM on a product with a meaningful ML/AI component.
  • Hands-on familiarity with LLMs in production: prompt pipelines, retrieval, and - critically - how you know whether the thing is working. You've thought seriously about evals.
  • Comfortable reading model metrics, A/B results, and qualitative user research, and synthesising them into decisions.
  • Strong communicator who can explain model tradeoffs to a business audience without oversimplifying.
  • Fluent English and Polish level.

Nice to have

  • Experience with conversational AI, LLMs, or recommendation engines.
  • Background in e-commerce or logistics.
  • International working experience.

What matters beyond the CV

You care about whether the product actually helps users, not just whether it shipped. You're sceptical of vibes-based quality assessment and default to measurement. You operate well in ambiguity.

Additional Information

  • Access to e-learning platforms- eTutorGoodHabitz, Data Camp, and more.
  • A wide range of benefits, including the MultiSport+ card, private healthcare, and group insurance, is available on the Worksmile platform.
  • External and internal growth opportunities - conferencestrainingsworkshops
  • Chances to broaden your skill set and acquire new competencies through daily work, challenging projects, and training activities.
  • We offer a B2B type of contract.
