Junior Consultant to join our Change Communication team
- Part-time
- Office: Hellerup
Job Description
Are you ready to fast-forward your career in communication at one of the leading management consultancies in Europe? Right now, we’re looking for a curious and creative communication student to join our Change Communication team at Implement.
What you’ll do
As a Junior Consultant in our Change Communication team, you’ll be working on projects alongside our experienced management consultants. Our projects come in many shapes and sizes, and so do the tasks that you’ll find yourself doing on a day-to-day basis.
Depending on your academic background and interests, you can expect to work on projects related to:
- IT transformations: Developing communication materials for IT system implementations to support understanding, engagement, and adoption of new systems.
- Strategy rollouts: Translating strategic ambitions into concrete initiatives and developing coherent narratives that mobilise strategy across departments and organisational levels.
- Culture and values: Designing workshops to support positive cultural change and co-creating solutions with organisations to build ownership, clarify values, and develop impactful initiatives aligned with company strategy.
- Capability building and training: Equipping managers and employees with the skills needed to adapt to new realities and ways of working through tailored learning journeys and upskilling.
- Internal tasks in the Change Communication team: Supporting the development of the team through internal activities, including organising and facilitating social and professional events, and contributing to the creation of presentations, articles, and social media content – particularly supporting our sales and marketing efforts.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic student who:
- Is pursuing a relevant degree in communication with approximately two years left of your studies.
- Has a solid academic record and preferably experience in a previous student position within communication and/or consulting.
- Possesses excellent communication skills and is fluent in written and spoken English.
- Is creative, enjoys coming up with new ideas, and feels confident presenting them to the team.
- Is curious and eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Is self-driven and able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Has a positive mindset and likes to engage in and contribute to social and professional activities.
You should expect a workload of approximately 20–25 hours per week with mutual flexibility during exam periods and project deadlines.
What do we offer?
Studies show that more than 50% of all change efforts fail due to poorly managed communication. From more than 1,000 projects, we know that one root cause is the failure to bridge the gap between the management that pushes the change and the employees who must adapt to it. That’s what we’re here to change.
Our Change Communication team consists of more than 30 communication nerds across our offices in Copenhagen (DK), Aarhus (DK), and Munich (DE). We have very different educational backgrounds and experiences but share a passion for communication and its ability to move people and transform organisations. We work closely with our clients to help them identify and articulate the greater purpose behind a change – and translate it into something that feels relevant to all stakeholders involved, whether the change concerns IT implementation, strategy rollout, sustainability commitments, reorganisation, or cultural transformation.
As a Junior Consultant at Implement, you’ll join a fast-paced organisation that emphasises professional and personal development. Working alongside our experienced consultants, you’ll gain hands-on experience in management consulting and develop a strong problem-solving toolbox.
Your learning journey is supported by our in-house courses in project management, facilitation, and more, which have proven to be an effective path to a full-time position for many of our previous students. You’ll become part of a modern consultancy characterised by a highly collaborative environment that brings out the best in you.
Make your next move matter.
