Junior Consultants to join our Strategy and M&A team
- Part-time
- Office: Hellerup
Job Description
We’re looking for bright students to join our international team of more than 100 Strategy and M&A consultants. The preferred starting date is May or June 2026, and the position is based in our Hellerup/Copenhagen office.
What you’ll do
As a junior consultant in Implement Strategy and M&A, you’ll be working in different project teams to help leading organisations solve their most difficult strategic challenges. We help design winning strategies, support companies’ and funds’ M&A agendas, and bring strategy to life for sustainable impact.
In this role, you’re likely to:
- Take part in defining our clients’ visions and strategies by identifying specific initiatives that create real impact, including uncovering M&A opportunities
- Conduct commercial due diligence for private equity and strategic investors, and support post-merger integration and value-creation strategies to enhance the performance of acquired companies
- Prepare workshops on strategic problem-solving and M&A-related work to engage and co-create with key stakeholders in global organisations
- Support workstreams in client engagements to tackle complex issues through qualitative as well as quantitative analyses
- Contribute to developing a truly unique, top-tier Strategy & M&A brand and team through internal initiatives and business development
You’ll experience a high degree of flexibility and a truly unique culture at Implement. Your workload will be flexible, with an average of 20–25 hours per week. And we of course understand that you also need to prioritise your studies and that you will at times be busy with exams.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for a true team player who is interested in learning and developing our unique approach to solving strategic problems. You’ll fit right in at Implement, if you, like us, believe that co-creating solutions is the best way to succeed – internally and with our clients.
Ideally, you:
- Are studying business, finance, economics, or another related field and have an excellent academic record
- Are in or nearing the final year of your bachelor’s, or in the first year of your master’s
- Have strong numerical and qualitative methodological skills combined with an empathetic, entrepreneurial, and curious mindset, and are motivated by client engagements
- Are open-minded, prepared for a steep learning curve, and ready to apply new approaches to working with strategy and M&A
If you’re interested in consulting, strategy, and M&A, keen to strengthen your analytical toolbox in a fast-paced environment, and aspire to become a strategic problem-solver and value-creation enabler, we’d love to hear from you!
What we offer
At Implement, a dynamic and collaborative environment always comes first. Here, you will become part of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial Scandinavian consultancy driven by making a real impact for our clients, while fostering a space where you can grow, lead, and innovate.
From day one, you will be involved in client projects and work closely with experienced consultants, who will help you take your strategic understanding and methodical skills to the next level.
We highly value your professional and personal development and have an ambitious internal training programme filled with keynotes and workshops to support it. We work with a high degree of freedom and support each other in our efforts to continually improve and help our clients achieve exceptional results.
Make your next move matter.
