Junior Consultants to join Digital Transformation

  • Part-time
  • Office: Hellerup

Job Description

We’re currently looking for talented students keen to launch a career in management consulting to join our fast-growing Digital Transformation practice, starting in the winter of 2025. We’re hiring for multiple positions and are looking for individuals with diverse skills and interests to fill various areas of expertise within the field of digital transformation.

What you’ll do

The specific tasks in this role will depend on you, but we’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for one or more of the areas below. In your application, we’d appreciate it if you clearly indicate which area(s) interest you most and best match your skills and experience.

Projects and implementation: You’ll help clients turn strategy into tangible results by leading projects and transformations. This area is right for you if you enjoy project leadership, creating lasting impact, and combining proven methods with a people-centered approach.
Cyber & information security: You’ll help organisations protect their most valuable assets in a digital world. If you’re passionate about security, resilience, and enabling clients to innovate safely, this area will suit you.
Digital IT delivery and agility: You’ll design, build, and improve digital solutions that make a real difference. If you enjoy agile delivery, product-centric thinking, and creating lasting business impact, this is where you belong.
Leading digital change: You’ll guide teams through digital transformations by focusing on the people using new technologies. If you’re excited about change leadership, communication, and making digital change stick, you’ll thrive here.
Life sciences digital transformation: You’ll help life science companies turn data and technology into better outcomes across the value chain. If you have an interest in digital solutions for pharma, biotech, or medtech, this area is for you.

As you can see, we have a lot to offer. Whichever area you focus on, you can expect to work around 2–3 days per week. We also understand that your studies come first, and we know there will be times when assignments or exams demand your full attention.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for talent with a genuine interest in digital transformation. As a junior consultant at Implement, you’ll work mainly on client projects with colleagues, handling tasks from analysis and workshop preparation to managing parts of a project. Your work will support key decisions, so the ability to analyse, think strategically, and communicate clearly is essential.

We’d prefer if you:

  • Are currently finishing a relevant bachelor’s degree or starting a master’s degree in IT, digital, business, mathematical modelling, engineering, social sciences, or similar, with excellent results
  • Have approximately 1.5–2 years left before graduating (i.e., you should be set to graduate in 2027)
  • Have strong analytical skills and experience with PowerPoint and Excel
  • Have a strong understanding of, and interest in, all things IT and digital
  • Have some relevant experience from previous jobs

If you’re an empathetic team player who can also deliver excellent work independently, you’ll fit right in with our team. Overall, we’re looking for people who can challenge us while remaining eager to learn from experienced consultants.

What we offer

At Implement Consulting Group, we offer a job in a fast-growing, top-tier Scandinavian-based consultancy, where you’ll become involved in client projects and work closely with experienced consultants, who will help take your strategic and analytical skills to the next level.

We aspire to be the best place for the best people and highly value your personal and professional development. We offer internal training opportunities, social events, and more. If you perform well as a junior consultant, there may be an opportunity for permanent employment as a full-time consultant.

Join us to experience a unique culture, helpful colleagues, and a company aiming to redefine the management consulting industry.

Make your next move matter.

Deadline

Please apply before the 26 October 2025. Interviews will be held in November 2025.
