We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and energetic Sales professional to join our team as a Account Manager.

Job Description

The Account Manager role is designed to focus on building revenue growth through relationship and solutions sales across multiple target clients.

This position will form part of a Client Relationship team and will support a high performing wider sales business unit.

  • Manage account relationships across specific account segments
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound client engagement via calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Work with solutioning teams to help deliver client solutions and Close opportunities
  • Research accounts, identify key contacts and initiate and manage relationships
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Team with sales directors to build pipeline and identify opportunities

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, preferably solutions sales
  • Proven success in developing relationships with potential clients and existing clients to secure business growth opportunities
  • Proven track record of multi-tasking in a complex and fast-moving environment
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Strong communications skill and a consultative/relationship focused sales approach
  • Ability to develop and manage productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional time management and prioritisation capability
