Distribution Network Design has been established to support/drive improvement in the current and future Logistics/Distribution Network. The organization will also host the project to establish Inter IKEA’s new DC in Malaysia.
About the job
The role of General Administrative support is to contribute to growth and profitability for Inter IKEA by ensuring office administration matters in the safest, most cost efficient, simple and effective way and by monitoring the needs and compliance to policies.
About the assignment
Main tasks will be to:
· Responsible for a highly effective and cost-efficient office administration that supports co-workers in their daily needs such office cleaning and maintenance, car fleet management etc.
· Responsible for optimal and efficient services.
· Secure administrative routines are simple, communicated and monitored.
· Contribute in cost follow ups, budget and forecasts connected to office administration.
· Secure safety and security matters connected to the office.
· Support the co-workers to understand and apply office routines.
· When relevant, support with assignment connected to local business needs: support with notary, expatriation and administration support for Transferred Employees, translation services, etc.
· Filing of invoices/ documents
· At any time, act as an ambassador of Inter IKEA values.
