The Business Solutions agenda is driven and prioritized in the process dimension and the role of Business Solutions Range & Supply is to:

• deliver competence to support and develop business solutions
• have an end to end accountability for solutions, enhancements and projects
• manage one agreed and steered business solutions agenda in Range & Supply

The organization consists of eight Solution Areas that support and mirror the Range & Supply processes as part of the IKEA Ways of Working-map, including a number of staff functions such as Architecture, Business Development, Business Navigation, HR/Competence and Communication. The organisation consists of approximately 260 co-workers based in different legal units globally all across Range & Supply. We have our main hubs in Älmhult, Helsingborg and Malmö (IKEA of Sweden AB), Dortmund (Distribution Services GmbH), Pratteln (IKEA Supply AG) and Warsaw (IKEA Purchasing Services Poland), and we are also present in the United States, Italy, France, Turkey, India, and the Czech Republic.

Job Description

As a HR Generalist your work will be in all areas of HR processes and HR administration. You will contribute to the creation and operational implementation of the different HR action plans. You will be a partner to the managers and co-workers in the Solution Areas, ensuring that people processes and tools are implemented consistently, are well perceived and builds on the IKEA brand, to reach the business goals. You are also expected to work together your colleagues in the HR team to maintain and secure quality of the HR processes for total IKEA Business Solutions Range & Supply.

Qualifications

About you
We are looking for someone with experience of setting HR action plans, implementing and sustaining equivalent people processes and tools, as well as supporting managers. We believe that you are a person who take the lead and drive your area of responsibility and interacting with people comes very natural to you. You are self-reliant and motivated to be a part of the development of IKEA Business Solutions and like to work efficiently and with continuous improvements. To have excellent communication, coaching and interpersonal skills is critical for this role. You are able to communicate confidently and clearly in English, both verbally and in writing. For us in IKEA, the most important thing is that you share our values. As a person you are humble and have strong willpower. You also have the ability to create togetherness and enthusiasm around you. Furthermore we see that you have:
• University degree within Human Resources or equivalent
• At least 5 years of working experience within the Human Resource field. Preferably in an international environment.
