Job Description
Position Summary:
The Gulf Coast Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the Gulf coast region selling the #1 selling, American made, Gamma Radiography equipment and accessories to the heart of Oil and Gas country. This dynamic role is an exciting opportunity for the right person with an aggressive growth mindset with excellent organizational skillset.
Successful candidates in this position will be able to identify and target opportunities in the area using networking and research, will be able to work in a team and independently, and possesses the strong drive to win. Ideal candidates will be looking to grow in larger management roles as they demonstrate success.
Core Responsibilities:
- Maintain a multimillion-dollar sales base by providing industry leading customer support on their Gamma Radiography needs:
- Develop a close relationship with the regional accounts.
- Understand the customer pain points and work with the QSA organization to help solve them.
- Deliver QSA product information to the decision makers within the customer’s organization.
- Identify and strategically attack opportunities to gain market share from competitors with new and existing accounts.
- Provide industry trends and insights to the organization through conversations with customers, trade publications and networks in a monthly report structure.
- Deliver accurate forecasts and deal flow insights through QSA’s CRM system.
- Monitor and report market share information for the region.
- Maintain an assigned travel budget with minimal oversight.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience in the NDT, Oil and Gas or Industrial Markets preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
- Experience in performing NDT inspection technics including RT, CUI inspection or Digital Imaging are all a plus.
- Technical aptitude is a must.
- Demonstrated competency for developing and maintaining relationships with target accounts and overcoming roadblocks along the way, to achieve higher than market rate growth and new customer penetration.
- Strong acumen and experience with Value Based Selling, Sales Processes and CRM.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required.
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License and the ability to travel 50%+
- Ability to lift materials of up to 50lbs. and sit and stand for up to 8 hours/day.
