Job Description

As the Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-impact visual content that aligns with our brand strategy and resonates with our B2B audience. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to design compelling graphics. Your creativity and attention to detail will help elevate our brand and support business goals, from lead generation to client retention.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce a variety of digital and print assets, including banners, web and landing pages, email templates, presentations, conference materials, and social media graphics
  • Develop modern creative concepts that captivate and engage our clients (B2B)
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual content for marketing projects, ensuring consistency across all platforms
  • Lead the creation of branding projects to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual representation across all marketing and sales collateral
  • Support video production with graphical elements such as motion graphics, lower thirds, and storyboards when needed
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with all graphic and video material standards
  • Stay updated on design trends to ensure the brand’s visual elements are current and competitive.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a B2B
  • Bachelor or College degree in Graphic Design or a relevant field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD)
  • Experience designing for both digital and print formats, with a strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
  • Knowledge of web design principles and experience designing landing pages, email templates, and online ads
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback effectively
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines
  • Knowledge of video editing and animation tools (After Effects, Premiere) is a plus
  • Experience with HTML/CSS is an advantage.
