Job Description
This Role
The Revenue Analyst (APAC) supports the regional finance function by delivering accurate, timely, and insightful revenue reporting and analysis across multiple jurisdictions. The role is critical in ensuring consistency in revenue tracking, billing alignment, and revenue recognition across diverse service lines and systems.
What you'll do
- You’ll produce and analyse APAC revenue reporting by delivering monthly and quarterly insights, including variance analysis, pipeline performance, revenue mix, and client-level profitability to support senior leadership and board reporting.
- You’ll establish and govern a single source of truth for revenue by maintaining a central tracker, aligning CRM, billing, and finance systems, and ensuring consistent revenue capture, classification, and accountability across teams.
- You’ll ensure billing accuracy and proper revenue recognition by partnering with finance operations, monitoring unbilled revenue and pipeline conversion, and identifying risks such as revenue leakage, delays, or contract misalignment.
- You’ll act as a key APAC business partner by providing stakeholders with actionable revenue insights, supporting pricing and fee validation, and aligning with country finance leads to ensure data consistency across regions.
- You’ll drive forecasting, analysis, and process improvement by enhancing revenue forecasting accuracy, analysing pipeline conversion trends, implementing controls, improving data integrity, and supporting automation to reduce manual effort and strengthen reporting transparency.
What we offer
- Comprehensive remuneration: Competitive financial packages based upon market rates for your role, proportionate to your qualifications, level of experiences and skills profile
- Pension Scheme: Generous employer contribution with the ability to increase employee contributions
- Wellbeing: Additional social benefits such as medical insurance & life assurance, discounted gym memberships and the opportunity to engage with our local community via sports activities, charity programmes & environmental initiatives
- Flexible working: We recognise the value of working flexibly and enable our employees to enjoy an excellent work-life blend
- Support and development: We will ensure you have the right training, tools and development plan to grow and improve your skills every day.
Qualifications
About You
- You hold a relevant degree and experience with a Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field, alongside 6–10 years in revenue analysis, FP&A, or commercial finance, ideally within multi-entity, multi-country (APAC) and professional or financial services environments.
- You demonstrate strong technical capability through advanced Excel skills (data modelling, reconciliation, large datasets), experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and a solid understanding of revenue recognition principles.
- You apply a strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights while maintaining high standards of accuracy and data integrity.
- You operate with a governance and process-focused approach by improving controls, reducing discrepancies, and driving structured, standardised revenue tracking and reporting practices.
- You deliver measurable business impact by improving reporting accuracy and timeliness, enhancing forecast accuracy, increasing pipeline visibility, driving adoption of a single revenue framework, and reducing manual effort through process improvements.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU AND THE ENVIRONMENT
As a forward-looking business, sustainability is integral to our strategy and operations. Our sustainability
depends on us building and maintaining meaningful, long-term relationships with all our stakeholders -
including our employees, clients, and local communities - while also reducing our impact on our natural
environment.
There is always more we can, and should do, to improve - whether in relation to our people, our clients, our
planet, or our governance. Our ongoing success as a business depends on our sustainability and agility in a
changing and challenging global landscape. We're committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable and diverse
culture for our people, led by our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion steering committee.
Our learning and development programmes and systems (including PowerU and MyCampus) enable us to
invest in growing our employees' careers, while our hybrid working approach supports our employees in
achieving balance and flexibility while remaining connected to their colleagues. We want to empower our
5,500+ employees - from 94 nationalities, speaking 41 languages across 25 countries - to each achieve their
potential. Through IQ-EQ Launchpad we support female managers launching their first fund, in an
environment where only 15% of all private equity and venture capital firms are gender balanced.
We're committed to growing long-term relationships with our clients and supporting them in achieving their
objectives. We understand that our clients' sustainability and success leads to our sustainability and success.
We're emotionally invested in our clients right from the beginning.
