Job Description

As the Commercial Insights Manager, you will lead the delivery of commercial intelligence, market insights and business analytics that support strategic decision-making, revenue growth and client development across IQ-EQ.

Working within the Sales Operations & Enablement team, you will partner with stakeholders across multiple business lines to identify commercial opportunities, improve decision-making, and support strategic initiatives through high-quality reporting and market intelligence.

 

What you'll do

  • You'll leverage market, competitor, client, and transaction data to identify trends, risks, growth opportunities, and strategic commercial recommendations.
  • You'll analyse client portfolios and service usage to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities while supporting targeted commercial campaigns.
  • You'll utilise CRM, Power BI, and external data sources to generate actionable insights, market intelligence, and revenue-focused recommendations.
  • You'll design and maintain Power BI dashboards, executive scorecards, and commercial reports, providing visibility into pipeline performance, forecasting, revenue, win rates, and sales effectiveness.
  • You'll partner with Sales, Finance, CRM, Operations, and senior stakeholders to deliver commercial analytics, ensure data governance, improve decision-making, and drive business growth and client retention.

Qualifications

About you

  • You have 6+ years of experience in commercial insights, business intelligence, strategic analytics, or sales enablement, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • You possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and CRM applications, with the ability to leverage data for business decisions.
  • You have a strong understanding of financial services trends, market dynamics, and commercial drivers, combined with a passion for client service.
  • You are detail-oriented and highly analytical, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • You demonstrate excellent English communication skills, are well-organised and resilient under pressure, and thrive as a collaborative team player who shares knowledge and expertise.
