Job Description

This role supports new business client onboarding and ongoing Client Due Diligence (CDD) activities to ensure accurate and compliant client records. It involves coordinating onboarding meetings, preparing onboarding documentation, maintaining trackers, and updating client information across multiple systems. The position is responsible for conducting CDD reviews, monitoring client data, and ensuring regulatory compliance through effective screening and risk assessment. Close collaboration with client services, compliance, and operational teams is essential to maintain operational efficiency and data integrity. Success is measured through timely execution, accuracy, strong operational controls, and delivery of excellent client service.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and support new business onboarding, including scheduling meetings, preparing NBAC packs, drafting meeting notes, and maintaining onboarding trackers.
  • Process and update CDD reviews, onboarding records, and client information across systems such as 5Series, Imagein, PureFunds, and MaxComply.
  • Conduct client screening, identify PEP/high-risk indicators, document risk assessments, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Respond promptly to queries, escalate onboarding or CDD issues, maintain operational controls, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes, support operational efficiency, and complete administrative activities including time recording

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of previous experience in a Client Due Diligence (CDD), KYC, AML, Client Onboarding, or Client Monitoring role, preferably within financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of client screening processes, sanctions checks, PEP reviews, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, prioritization, time management, and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, relationship-building, and customer service skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to be action-oriented, results-driven, resilient, adaptable to change, process-improvement focused, operationally savvy, and committed to continuous professional development.
