Job Description

The Senior Marketing Executive, Performance Marketing role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within IQ-EQ's global marketing function. Working across a diverse portfolio of digital initiatives, you'll help ensure marketing investment delivers strong business outcomes through a combination of strategic thinking, analytical rigour and effective cross-functional collaboration. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional looking to deepen their expertise within a global, growth-focused organisation.

What you'll do

  • You'll support the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Display platforms, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and performance goals.
  • You'll manage campaign performance by monitoring and improving key metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates through audience segmentation, keyword research, forecasting, and campaign structure optimisation.
  • You'll ensure accurate end-to-end campaign tracking and data-driven decision-making using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • You'll collaborate with design and content teams to deliver compelling ad creative and messaging that align with brand standards, marketing objectives, and target audiences.
  • You'll stay up to date with digital marketing best practices, provide recommendations for continuous improvement, foster knowledge sharing within the marketing team, and offer operational support and guidance as needed.

Qualifications

About you

  • You have hands-on experience with Google Ads (AdWords), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics, with a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and performance measurement.
  • You possess knowledge of campaign tracking fundamentals and Google Tag Manager (GTM), with the ability to support accurate campaign attribution and reporting.
  • You have a strong analytical mindset, using data and insights to support optimisation decisions while demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow.
  • You communicate effectively in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are flexible and able to work European business hours while collaborating effectively with global teams.
