Job Description
This Role
An entry-level position responsible for performing basic AML/KYC and FATCA tasks under direct supervision. This role supports fundamental compliance activities, focusing on document collection, basic analysis, and maintenance of regulatory records while developing core knowledge of AML and FATCA requirements.
What you will do
- You'll support AML/KYC processing, including investor onboarding and KYC documentation review.
- You'll maintain compliance records, databases, tracking sheets, and organized client files.
- You'll monitor document completeness, collect source documents, and support client documentation requirements.
- You'll follow regulatory procedures, compliance checklists, FATCA review guidelines, and applicable requirements.
- You'll provide administrative support, monitor assigned client mailboxes, escalate issues when needed, and perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
ABOUT YOU
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have up to one year of experience in compliance, AML/KYC, or regulatory functions, with internship experience considered an advantage.
- You possess a basic understanding of AML/KYC and FATCA principles, along with strong data entry and document management skills.
- You demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- You are reliable, maintain integrity when handling sensitive information, and are eager to learn and follow guidance from supervisors.
