Job Description
THIS ROLE
This role provides foundational support for payment processing and data administration by handling routine, straightforward transactions while developing knowledge of core banking systems and processes. Responsibilities include processing standard payment transactions according to established procedures, maintaining data quality, following checklists and controls to reduce risk, and ensuring accurate time reporting. The role also involves updating basic static data, responding to routine client inquiries, using banking platforms for standard transactions, and maintaining accurate records within the time reporting system.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- You'll process standard payments and simple payment transactions by following established procedures and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- You'll maintain data quality by updating basic static data and ensuring information within systems remains accurate and up to date.
- You'll respond to routine client queries and provide support for straightforward payment and data-related requests.
- You'll use banking platforms and follow established checklists and procedures to complete transactions efficiently while minimizing operational risk.
- You'll maintain accurate records, including timely and precise reporting within the time reporting system.

Qualifications
ABOUT YOU
- You bring a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, with an interest in banking and payment operations.
- You have up to 1 year of experience in payment processing, banking, administrative support, or a similar environment.
- You demonstrate accuracy in processing transactions, data entry, data maintenance, and time reporting activities.
- You use banking and payment platforms effectively while following established procedures and escalating complex issues when needed.
- You exhibit strong attention to detail, clear communication, customer focus, effective organization, and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
