Job Description
Data & AI Lead responsible for partnering with regional business stakeholders to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and deliver innovative AI and Power Platform solutions that drive business value. This role also oversees AI adoption, user support, governance, and the successful implementation of scalable, secure, and user-centric data and automation solutions.
What you’ll do
- You'll serve as the regional Data & AI representative, partnering with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored AI-driven solutions
- You'll design and implement solutions using AI technologies, frontier models, and Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power BI and Power Automate
- You'll lead regional D&AI forums, contribute to governance committees, and drive AI adoption, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement.
- You'll support development teams by providing business insights, gathering requirements, and ensuring successful user acceptance testing (UAT) and business support.
- You'll ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with governance standards, while providing documentation, training, and ongoing user support.

- The salary for this position will be dependent on experience and location ($80,000-$110,000)
Qualifications
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 3 plus years of experience bridging business needs and technology solutions.
- You bring strong knowledge of modern AI tools and large language models, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude, and understand prompting techniques, skills, and plugins to improve business processes.
- You possess technical skills in tools and technologies such as Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, PowerShell, and programming languages like Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- You excel at problem-solving, communication, and collaboration, with experience working in Agile environments and supporting cross-functional teams.
- You are eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, global organization, with an interest in DevOps, Agile/Scrum practices, and the financial services industry.
