Job Description

This role is responsible for managing the onboarding and implementation of new private equity fund clients into the shared services environment while ensuring a seamless transition from legacy systems to Investran. The position involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, clients, and country clusters to deliver onboarding projects, data migrations, and system implementations within agreed timelines. The successful candidate will play a key role in configuring fund structures, validating investor data, supporting client requirements, and ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • You'll lead client onboarding, transition, and implementation activities for private equity fund clients in the shared services environment.
  • You'll execute fund accounting data migrations, including data extraction, validation, transformation, and loading into Investran.
  • You'll configure fund structures, investor records, fee calculations, reporting templates, and support user acceptance testing.
  • You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage project timelines, client requirements, risk assessments, and successful go-live activities.
  • You'll drive process improvements, maintain project governance, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide regular onboarding status updates.

Qualifications

  • You have 2+ years of experience in Capital Markets, Client Onboarding, Data Migration, Fund Accounting, or Private Equity Fund Administration.
  • You have end-to-end Private Equity Fund Accounting experience, particularly with closed-ended funds and investor-level transactions.
  • You have hands-on experience with Investran or similar fund accounting platforms and a strong understanding of fund administration processes.
  • You have experience with data migration projects, KYC/AML processes, stakeholder management, and client onboarding activities.
  • You have strong communication, organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
