Job Description

  • You’ll develop expertise in corporate secretarial and legal matters across various corporate structures, handling routine operational matters under the guidance of your team leader.
  • You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients by understanding their needs and delivering client-focused solutions.
  • You’ll foster trust and collaboration through open communication, professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellent client service.
  • You’ll support the development of less experienced team members by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and reviewing work to ensure quality and proper training.
  • You’ll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, actively seeking opportunities to enhance processes, add value to the business, and support your long-term professional growth.

Qualifications

  • You hold a relevant degree or are partly qualified with ICSA, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar corporate secretarial role.
  • You have hands-on experience in corporate secretarial and legal administration across various corporate structures, with the ability to manage routine client matters effectively.
  • You possess strong relationship management and communication skills, enabling you to build client trust and deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • You are collaborative and supportive, with the ability to guide, review, and help develop less experienced team members through knowledge sharing and coaching.
  • You demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a continuous improvement mindset, contributing to process enhancements while supporting business and client objectives.
