Job Description
THIS ROLE
A senior client-focused role responsible for managing high-value portfolios, leading and developing teams, driving business growth, and ensuring strong performance, compliance, and operational excellence in line with strategic objectives
What you'll do
- You’ll support the Senior Manager in fostering a strong client service and business development culture by consistently demonstrating the organisation’s values
- You’ll take ownership of a high-value client portfolio, applying advanced technical expertise to ensure high-quality service delivery
- You’ll lead and manage a Client Administration Team, ensuring efficient oversight of client portfolio administration and team performance
- You’ll support the achievement of business KPIs by monitoring performance, ensuring effective control, and aligning outputs with organisational goals
- You’ll contribute to business growth and risk management by identifying opportunities, supporting follow-up actions, and assessing regulatory and legislative impacts

Qualifications
About you
- You hold an ICSA or CGI Diploma qualification, or another relevant professional qualification in fund or fiduciary services.
- You have a strong understanding of the laws and regulations related to Fund Services Business.
- You demonstrate solid knowledge of industry best practices in fund and company administration.
- You bring a minimum of 7 years of relevant industry experience, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- You show strong risk awareness and uphold high standards of integrity, equality, and diversity in your approach to work.
