Job Description
THIS ROLE
In this entry-level corporate secretarial position, you will be responsible for delivering basic corporate secretarial services under supervision. You will focus on standardized processes and routine administrative operations while developing core competencies. You will handle low-complexity tasks within established frameworks.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- You’ll execute basic corporate secretarial tasks, ensuring adherence to established procedures and compliance requirements.
- You’ll maintain accurate documentation, statutory books, and client records while supporting routine administrative operations and quality control processes.
- You’ll prepare basic meeting documents, including minutes and board papers, using standard templates and assist in document reviews.
- You’ll process routine regulatory filings, monitor statutory deadlines, and update client databases with guidance.
- You’ll respond to administrative queries, complete operational checklists, and build foundational knowledge of corporate secretarial practices.

Qualifications
ABOUT YOU:
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Juris Doctor, or a related field; additional certifications (e.g., Chartered Secretary, LL.B, or paralegal qualifications) are an advantage.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a corporate secretarial, administrative, or similar role, with exposure to client service operations and managing multiple deliverables.
- You are proficient in drafting minutes, board papers, and processing regulatory filings, with strong knowledge of maintaining statutory books, records, and client databases.
- You are familiar with corporate secretarial practices (including funds and SPVs) and tools such as CAS systems or related software, ensuring compliance with quality control standards.
- You have strong organizational, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to use operational checklists effectively and meet statutory deadlines.
