Job Description
Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Content Analyst to contribute to the design, development, migration, and support of enterprise-scale SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions.
The role plays a key part in ensuring that our organisation’s content, sites, and workflows are well structured, governed, and optimised for usability and long-term scalability.
You will support our digital transformation journey, help drive the migration of content from SharePoint on‑premises to SharePoint Online, and work closely with stakeholders across multiple regions to enhance content organisation, collaboration, and productivity.
This role requires a balance of technical capability, business analysis, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of SharePoint as a content and collaboration platform.
- You’ll analyse, organise, and govern SharePoint content across the organisation, designing information architecture, metadata, taxonomy, and ensuring compliance with security, retention, and content lifecycle standards.
- You’ll build, configure, and enhance SharePoint Online sites, libraries, pages, and templates, delivering intuitive, user‑friendly designs and no‑code/low‑code solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and out‑of‑the‑box SharePoint features.
- You’ll support and contribute to migrations from SharePoint 2016/2019 to SharePoint Online, including content audits, data cleansing, restructuring, and close collaboration with technical teams to minimise business disruption.
- You’ll engage with business SMEs to gather requirements, translate them into functional solutions, provide SharePoint expertise, and lead demos, walkthroughs, and user training to drive adoption.
- You’ll provide day‑to‑day operational support, resolve SharePoint issues, collaborate with global IT teams and vendors, and continuously identify opportunities to automate, optimise processes, and enhance the user experience while demonstrating strong collaboration, communication, and action‑oriented behaviours.
What we offer

- Pension Scheme: Generous employer contribution with the ability to increase employee contributions
- Wellbeing: Additional social benefits such as medical insurance & life assurance, discounted gym memberships and the opportunity to engage with our local community via sports activities, charity programmes & environmental initiatives
- Flexible working: We recognise the value of working flexibly and enable our employees to enjoy an excellent work-life blend

Qualifications
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with strong expertise in SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2016/2019 (sites, lists, libraries, permissions, content types, and metadata).
- You have hands‑on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps (canvas or model‑driven), SharePoint Designer (legacy), JSON formatting, page customisation, and information architecture and content governance.
- You bring analytical strength and the ability to interpret business needs, design effective SharePoint solutions, and clearly document and communicate outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
- You have experience working in complex, multi‑country professional services, financial services, or BPO environments, thriving in fast‑paced, global, multicultural teams with strong program management awareness.
- You demonstrate excellent written and spoken English (additional European languages are an asset), along with integrity, credibility, problem‑solving ability, motivation, and the confidence to work independently or collaboratively to deliver results.
