Job Description
What you'll do.
TASKS / DUTIES
- Work with ERP Team in resolving NetSuite requests and issues in a timely manner.
- Provide NetSuite developer expertise utilizing industry experience, business analysis, best practices and logic to facilitate business requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues with scripted solutions and provide on-going support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration.
- Identify business requirements, functional design, prototyping in sandbox, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, defining support within the NetSuite system.
- Conceptualize, develop and test detailed designs for business solution components and prototypes within the NetSuite system.
- Undertake any additional reasonable tasks as deemed necessary.
- Support other departments as required.
KEY SKILLS:
Functional Areas and Responsibilities
- The role will require core NetSuite skills such as but not limited to the following: OneWorld, Service Resource Planning, Advanced Projects, Reports & Saved Searches.
Communication
- The individual will need to be able to communicate difficult concepts to users at all levels across the business. Should be comfortable using a variety of communication methods, and requires a strong mental attitude, and business acumen to be able to rationalise and critique requests from the wider business.
Planning and Organisational Skills
- A high level of organisation is required to ensure that all deadlines are achieved, and project plans are maintained meticulously.

Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Computer Science or any IT related course
- NetSuite Developer Certification is a plus but not required
- At least 3 years NetSuite development using SuiteScript 2.0 & 2.1 are a must
- Experience in building NetSuite integration with other systems
- NetSuite Reporting experience
- Web Design experience preferable
- Ability to articulate technical issues to a non-technical audience and vice versa
- Strong analytical, problem solving & troubleshooting skills
- Willing to assume a permanent EMEA schedule (4pm-1am / 5pm-2am Manila time)
