Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join our Fund Administration team.  The Associate will play a crucial role in driving the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting processes for the Americas region of the company. 

The Associate will work closely with the Operations Team who reports directly to the Americas Head of Fund Administration to conduct financial analysis and review and prepare insightful management reporting and manage various project-based finance initiatives.  Additionally, the Associate will provide support to Client Team Leaders as needed.

Job Description:

  • Analyze financial and operational results against budget or forecast, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.  Assist in preparing presentations to present findings to senior leadership.
  • Prepare and improve management reports and financial dashboards to provide business insights to senior leadership team to support data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Support ad hoc group requests. Collaborate within the Fund Administration group as well as other groups in different time zones, including overseas.
  • Leverage existing technology or make recommendations for enhanced technology, to provide more robust analysis and to automate manual tasks.  
  • Manage and prioritize work tasks to meet competing deadlines.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience.
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint.
  • Strong MS Office skills – particularly Excel.
  • Comfort and experience working with global teams.  
  • Exceptional research and reporting skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate and present at all levels of an organization.
  • Evidence of strong relationship building & communication.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Undergraduate degree in accounting or business preferred.

Salary based on experience and location: $65,000-$70,000 and full benefits package offered.
