Job Description
This role will sit in either IQEQ's New Hampshire or South Dakota office
- Manage set-up processes for new trust relationships and maintain existing accounts
- Process legal documents and record sensitive information in IQEQ’s operational systems
- Execute financial transactions, including purchase and sale of trust assets.
- Coordinate with IQEQ’s operational and administration teams to ensure all account information is consistent
- Communicate directly with client’s attorneys and wealth managers
- Work alongside other relationship managers to meet client objectives
- Communicate clearly about topics ranging from trust investment structures to tax and compliance requirements
- Support business development goals; contribute to marketing plans
- Communicate with prospective clients and advisors; provide insight on the benefits of directed trusts with the intention of growing IQEQ’s business referral sources
- Attend regional and national conferences on IQEQ's behalf
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and an interest in business and finance
- Strong organization and communication skills (oral and written)
- A heightened attention to detail
- Self-starter: ability to work through ambiguous situations, set priorities, and track/resolve issues
