You will draw from your existing Trust experience and perform a wide variety of Trust administration tasks accurately and in a timely manner to support the Company’s ever-growing and diversified international client base.

You will be action orientated and willing to take on new challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy and enthusiasm. You will provide a high level of quality internal and external client service and the accurate and timely provision of financial administration services.

Every day brings a new challenge so you’ll need to be a team player at heart and actively support the team with the day-to-day administration of private client portfolios in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures.

You will plan, prioritise and organise tasks and activities efficiently, ensuring effective time management.

Another string to your bow will be to make sure we are compliant with applicable laws, service standards, company policies and procedures. You will need to use your own judgement to identify any risks or concerns and report them in a timely manner.

• ICSA or STEP Diploma qualified or other relevant professional qualification

• Knowledge of the Finance Industry in Guernsey

• Ability to be flexible and work effectively as part of a team

• Ability to prioritise and multi-task

• Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines to meet the clients’ expectations

• Good analytical and numerical skills

• Excellent Trust administration skills

• Good written and oral communication skills

• Good organisational skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel, Outlook and Word
