Your challenge

You are a passionate recruiter who can drive the IQ EQ talent acquisition and pipeline development efforts through creative and effective resourcing interventions. You are excited to be part of a company that is scaling up and growing year over year. You want to take ownership of the total talent acquisition process in supporting our business and hire the best talents for IQ-EQ and support them in finding promising careers. 

Your role will be diverse and challenging. As corporate recruiter at IQ-EQ you love to take ownership of the total recruitment process including campus recruitment, actively building pipelines of candidates or contributing positively to the brand reputation of the firm through active social media engagement. Because of the complexity of our business you will engage with very interesting international candidates. The bar is high and you will seek high performing talents and will do what it takes to have them on board.

Next to open vacancies, there is a large variety of different recruitment-related ongoing projects, such as campus recruitment and relationships with study associations and universities, embedding our employee value proposition, participating in recruitment events, or monitoring and analysing our candidate pipeline in our ATS. Further you will discern insights and trends from information and data, and use them to identify opportunities for change that will deliver value and impact to the business.

You will collaborate with our local HR team, the business partners and the global HR talent team. Also, you will participate on global projects and contribute to the overall direction and evolution of talent acquisition at IQ-EQ.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on positions such as legal, accounting and sales
  • Exceptional communication skills in English (Dutch is preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Linked-In, ATS, and internet search
  • Experience in conducting (competency-based) interviews using the STAR method
  • Experience in using different recruitment channels, including social media
  • Flexible and self-motivated
